2 | Container; (16-oz.) lowfat cheese, cottage cottage cheese | |
1 | Container; (8-oz.) lite Cool Whip |
Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Cherry cheese dessert Recipe:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into bottom of a13² pan. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In blender or food processor
blend gelatin mixture and cottage cheese until smooth. Pour over graham
cracker mixture. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. When firm spread Cool Whip
over top.
