Ingredients:

   Diet bread slices (raisin bread optional) 
 6   eggs; beaten, mixed with: 
 1/4  c  Skim milk, nonfat milk 
 1  ds  nutmeg in egg mixture 
   Diet syrup or sugar free preserves 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy French toast Recipe:

Spray electric fry pan with pan coating; dredge bread slices in beaten egg
mixture. Place bread slices in pan; cook til golden. Serve with diet syrup
or sugar free jelly or preserves.
