1 | tb | honey |
1 | tb | cocoa, cocoa |

Place all ingredients except the cocoa food processor. Process until apaste forms, stopping occasionally to scrape sides. Shape mixture into
bite-sized balls; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Roll truffles in powdered
