Ingredients:

 1   Bunch tender beets 
 2  tb  Butter 
 2  tb  or margarine, regular margarine; 
 2  tb  lemon juice, lemon juice; 
   salt and pepper; 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Buttered sliced beets Recipe:

Peel beets, slice thinly, and place in center of square of Heavy Duty
Reynolds Wrap. Add remaining ingredients and close Reynolds Wrap into
bundle. Bake in 350 F oven for 1 hour.
