Ingredients:

 1/2  c  wheat flour, flour; whole wheat 
 1/3  c  bran 
 2  ts  baking powder 
 1  tb  sugars sugar 
 1   egg 
 1/4  c  peanut butter 
 1/2  c  milk, nonfat milk; lowfat 
 1/3  c  peanuts; chopped 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Peanut butter/bran muffins Recipe:

Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add the
remaining ingredients and blend.
Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
Bake in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
