Ingredients:

 2  cn  salmon (7 1/2 oz) 
 1/2  c  bread crumbs 
 2   egg white 
 2  cl  garlic, Raw garlic; minced 
 2  tb  Fresh parsley; finely chopped or 
 2  ts  Dried parsley 
 1  ts  thyme 
 1  ts  Sage 
 1/2  ts  Marjoram 
 1/2  ts  salt 
 1/4  ts  Fresh ground pepper 
 3/4  ts  Crushed hot red pepper 
   Nonstick cooking spray 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Salmon sausage patties Recipe:

Combine all ingredients and form into 8 patties. "Fry" in a Teflon pan
coated with nonstick cooking spray until brown and crisp on both
sides, about 20 min. Add a little water during cooking if patties
begin to stick.
