 2 1/2  c  wheat flour, flour 
 3  ts  Soda 
 2  ts  cinnamon 
 1/2  ts  nutmeg 
 1  ts  salt 
 1  c  Butter 
 2  ts  vanilla 
 2   eggs 
 1  ts  Liquid Sugar substitute 
 4  c  Grated apples, apple 
 1  c  walnuts, walnuts 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Diabetic apple cake Recipe:

Mix dry ingredients; add butter, eggs, sugar substitute, and blend
well. Stir in grated apples and nuts. Bake in well-greased 9 x 13
pan at 375 degrees, 40-50 minutes.
