Ingredients:

 1/4  c  margarine, regular margarine -- softened 
 1/2  c  buttermilk* -- at room 
   Temperature 
 1  ts  vanilla 
 2   egg white -- whipped 
 1 1/2  c  Unbleached wheat flour, flour 
 1/2  c  Unsweetened cocoa, cocoa powder; Sifted 
 2/3  c  Granulated sugars sugar 
 1  ts  baking soda baking soda 
 1/4  ts  salt 
 2  ts  Powdered sugars sugar -- sifted 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Devil's food cookies Recipe:

Preheat oven at 350. Prepare baking sheets with cooking spray. In a
mixing bowl, combine margarine, buttermilk, vanilla , and egg whites. In
another mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and
salt. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop
dough by tablespoonfuls, 2" apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 7
minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
