Ingredients:

 1  lb  Lowfat cheese, cottage cottage cheese 
 2   egg white 
 1  ts  lemon juice, lemon juice 
 6  pk  Sweet 'n Low® sweetener 
 1  ts  vanilla 
 1/4  c  pineapple juice pineapple juice 
 1  pk  Gelatin powder, unsweetened 
 3/4  c  Crushed pineapple pineapple, raw in juice drained 
   cinnamon 
 1/4  c  Wheat germ -- or crushed 
   Cereal 

Preparation for Low Fat and Healthy Pineapple cheese pie Recipe:

Blend cheese, egg whites, Sweet and Low, lemon juice and vanilla in food
processor. Dissolve geletin in pineapple juice, Blend into cheese mixture.
Stir in pineapple and cinnamon.
Spray 9" pie plate with Pam. Sprinkler wheat germ over. Pour in cheese
mixture, Bake 30 min. at 350. Let cool before cutting,
